About Us
GRACRE encompasses the City of Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, and Henrico. Our Mission GRACRE is the only organization in Richmond whose primary mission is to be an advocate for commercial property owners, developers, and related professionals. GRACRE proactively addresses issues affecting the commercial real estate industry in Richmond. The following occupations are a sample of the types of companies that are active members of GRACRE:
Since GRACRE is one of the largest Real Estate organizations in Richmond, its diverse membership creates invaluable networking opportunities, giving our members the opportunity to interact on a social basis with others who use and/or have referral capabilities of our services. As a member of GRACRE, there are opportunities for networking, learning and making a difference legislatively. Members are expected to attend meetings regularly, to get involved on the various committees and to support the organization by inviting others to join. Members are also expected to join and contribute to the Commercial Development PAC. Contributions to the PAC help to open doors to our legislators. |
