We're the only organization in Richmond whose primary mission is to be an advocate for commercial property owners, developers, and related professionals. GRACRE proactively addresses issues affecting the commercial real estate industry in Richmond.

Statewide Legislative Efforts
Make your voice heard! We have representation at the General Assembly by qualified, well-known lobbyists. And we're a member of a coalition of organizations whose involvement influences legislative initiatives affecting commercial real estate.
