Real Estate Experts To Provide 360 Analysis of 2008 Market

RICHMOND, VA, January 27, 2009—On Tuesday, February 17, 2009, commercial property owners, developers, and related business professionals throughout the Richmond region will have an unparalleled opportunity to examine the significant real estate developments and emerging trends at The Seventh Annual Commercial Market Review, presented by the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). The signature breakfast event will be held at the new Westin Richmond Hotel at Reynolds Crossing, 6631 West Broad Street, from 7:30 to 9:00 am. The four-member panel, who will examine the industrial, investment, office, and retail markets includes: Paul Denton, Associate Director, GVA Advantis — Office; Robert A. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Assistant Director Paul Denton joined the Richmond office of GVA Advantis in 2006 and has almost a decade of experience in leasing, selling and managing commercial property. His area of expertise is office and industrial leasing and sales, and he specializes in the representation of medical users.

Robert F. Dirom, III, is a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis’ Richmond office and a co-founder and team leader of the company’s Industrial Team. Rob has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry since 1997 and his areas of expertise include Industrial, Office/Flex, and Office property types. He has worked with local, national, and international clients throughout his career and has also provided assistance with retail and multi-family assignments.

Susan Jones is a Senior Vice President at Grubb and Ellis│Harrison & Bates with over two decades of experience in the retail real estate segment. She began her career in 1985 when she joined Faison & Associates in the Richmond, Virginia office in the developing and leasing of the James Center, a mixed-use commercial real estate development located in the central business district. In 1988 she joined Lingerfelt Development Corporation where she was involved in the development and project management of health care facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Her career also includes working in the real estate asset management department at Investors Savings Bank, and five years with Heilig-Meyers Company, where she was responsible for directing a portfolio of over 1,400 leased properties totaling 30 million square feet of retail space. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates in 2001, Susan was Director of Retail Brokerage at Dominion Commercial Realty for three years.

Eric Robison leads the Investment Brokerage Group at Thalhimer. Mr. Robison is an expert in financial analysis and deals exclusively in the disposition of all disciplines of investment real estate, specializing in institutional grade office and retail properties. Recent clients represented include Chelsea Property Group, Liberty Property Trust and LNR Corporation. Since taking over as Director of the Investment Brokerage Group in 2004, Mr. Robison has been the lead on investment sale transactions totaling over $150 million. Under Mr. Robison's leadership, the Investment Brokerage Group has achieved annual sales volume growth of approximately 30 percent. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr. Robison worked in Washington, D.C. as a senior consultant at Accenture, a leading global management consulting firm.
