Honorees will be selected based upon:
• Overall Community Impact: The Richmond MSA will be changed due to the nature of the project or transaction and its significance in terms of job creation, capital investment, architectural significance, reuse of space or recognition outside of the region and or Commonwealth;
• Economic Impact: Project or transaction will create a significant number of direct and or indirect jobs or brings significant capital investment; project revitalizes redevelopment area or creates an impetus for future development within a designated district, area, or community;
• Innovation: Extraordinary use of space, collaborative partnerships, and or creativity, drives the market in a new direction;
• Complexity: Project includes multiple partnerships; multiple uses, multiple funding sources, and or extraordinary uses of land or space.
