GRACRE is the largest and most diverse organization in Richmond whose primary mission is to be an advocate for the commercial real estate industry. Your membership in this organization demonstrates your interest in the commercial real estate community and a desire to be a voice for commercial real estate through the Commercial Development Political Action Committee (CDPAC). The commercial real estate industry is constantly evolving and issues arise each and every year that have long-term effects. By supporting the CDPAC, you make an investment in the future of commercial real estate interests.
