The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) provides
opportunities for professionals in all disciplines relating to commercial real
estate to network and socialize. GRACRE is the only organization in Richmond whose
primary mission is to be an advocate for commercial property owners, developers,
and related professionals. GRACRE proactively addresses issues effecting the
commercial real estate industry in Richmond.
Joint Program with ULI: Broad & East Main Street Corridor Plan and Pulse BRT Line
Join ULI Virginia and GRACRE for a presentation on the proposed Broad and East Main St. Master Plan and the Pulse BRT line. The new Master Plan for the corridor on which the Pulse will run will be presented by Mark Olinger, City of Richmond Director of Planning and Development Review. The Pulse line, its stop locations, construction timing and impact on the corridor will be presented by Carrie Rose Pace, Director of Communications for GRTC. Both the revised Master Plan and the Pulse will progressively change the character of the corridor from Willow Lawn to Rocketts Landing.
